Upwork CoLab is an ongoing multi-month high-profile project initiative. We’ll show companies that Upwork is their global workforce to accelerate their dreams and ambitions while opening doors for independent talent to reach new heights in their careers.

CoLab will feature special projects from an array of notable brands and sizes that Upwork talent can apply. It will drive credibility and trust, overarching brand awareness, media impressions, and talent acquisition.

CoLab as a whole will demonstrate how brands trust Upwork for in-demand on-demand talent. We’ll further roll-out partner initiatives to continue the momentum and amplification of the program throughout 2021 and beyond.

For the launch of the program we’ve partnered with Budweiser, one of the world’s most iconic brands, to reimagine their limited-edition Labor Day holiday can and packaging through a new design and earned media campaign, celebrating American workers on Labor Day.
