Users may change their company names, however, they currently don’t have the option to change their financial account names. Customer support can do this for the user using OBO, however, please avoid doing this for the user if it could open potential risks. Examples of this include, but not limited to: open suspensions, verification cases, etc.
OBO steps:
- In the Own Accounting Entities widget, mouseover Actions.
- Select “Other Operations” from the Actions dropdown menu.
- Scroll down, Click AE name tab.
- Input new AE name and CSS note, e.g., changing AE name at client’s request, agent’s name, related ticket link.
- Hit Update name button.
