Enterprise CS Agents may be notified by Compliance of contracts that:

  • Are fully paid out
  • Have exceeded their end date
  • And that are inactive

 

The system doesn’t auto-close these contracts, and that can potentially cause prolonged inactivity. Therefore it may be necessary for agents to connect with the hiring managers to take action and close those contracts.

 

Agents could use this sample messaging to reach out to customers:

 

Subject: Action Needed Regarding Your Inactive Contracts

 

Dear [User],

I hope this email finds you well. We wanted to reach out to you as we have noticed an open contract within your account that has been inactive for some time. In order to prevent unauthorized billing or inaccurate reporting, it is important to close contracts  promptly once  work has been completed.

If there are no further tasks or deliverables required, we recommend that you close the contract as soon as possible. 

 

To close the contract, simply follow these steps:
