If the person reporting the death would like the funds moved to a different withdrawal method, they must provide a copy of the official death certificate, proof that they are the beneficiary, and a copy of their identification to legal (legalnotices@upwork.com) or mail (ATTN: Legal, 655 Montgomery St., STE 490, DPT 17022, San Francisco, CA 94111-26760). Once Legal Team confirms receipt of the death certificate and other documents, a new withdrawal method can be added and funds released. EE to handle the action item here.
