For inquiries about Statement of Work statuses (For examples: Where is it? How long will it take to process?): 

 

Please escalate to an EPS representative or the account manager for assistance. 

 

To find the EPS rep or account manager, you will need to use the Enterprise Admin Tool. (Please note, this tool is extremely sensitive and an incorrect save can have significant impacts like the inability to perform actions, application of the wrong rates, etc. to Enterprise accounts.)

 

  • From the starting page, find the correct company by 
    • Scrolling list 
    • Or using the search box (enter the entity name or company reference)
  • In the quick links list on the right, select “Manage Support Persons”
  • On the next page, you’ll see the information for all Support for the company

 

In addition to checking the Enterprise admin tool to find the EPS, you may reach out to an Enterprise team lead to check Salesforce, which will be the best accurate source in determining the EPS.
