As a CS Team Lead, you will create Jiras in 1 of 3 different projects within Jira. Each is described below:
- Technical Support (TS)
- Bugs and technical issues such as visitor site problems, OBO malfunctioning, etc.
- CX Systems (CXS)
- Requests for ZD access for agents, custom report creation (GoodData/Insights), ZD/Zopim issues, problems with InContact (RingCentral)
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Requests for new KB articles, updates to existing articles, or requests to retire an outdated or irrelevant article
How to create Jira:
- Login to Jira and click the green Create button, found on the right in the top navigation bar.
- Select the appropriate project
- The fields are different for each project, so be sure to pay special attention and fill out all required fields. Always include as much detail as possible in the Summary (title of Jira) and the Description fields.
- After you have double checked all information, click the Create button on the lower right.
