When a client's Accounting Entity (AE) is suspended, they are greatly affected as all active contracts are suspended and they are not able to post new jobs or send an offer. In these cases the client can update their billing method and wait for the system to autocharge or they can use the PAY NOW option to initiate a manual charge on their end.
There are some instances where both options are not available or applicable, i.e., Pay Now option is unavailable or there’s a technical issue, or if account is suspended due to automated fraud - see CSS notes first and follow KB link, in these cases an agent can run a manual charge against the updated and preferred billing method that the client would like to use.
If past due balance and issue with PayPal account - see **PayPal
If client insists the card is okay and there is NO past due balance - see **Reset a Declined Billing Method
If CSS Notes show Automated Suspension per Payment Risk - see **Automated Payment Risk CC Suspension
