Can I join a live event even if it’s fully booked?
You need a ticket to be able to join any event. If an event is fully booked, you can sign up on the waitlist and we will email you if a ticket becomes available. Make sure to keep an eye on your email!

How can I watch webinar recordings?
Most webinars and online events are recorded. If there is a recording available, you can watch it by clicking on the event registration link. After filling out the registration form with your name and email address, you will be redirected to the video.

In which language is the event hosted?
The language of each event is specified on the event registration page.

Does it cost anything to attend an event?
Events hosted by Upwork are usually free to attend. If there is a fee -- which is very rare -- we will let you know in advance.

Webinar hosts will usually answer questions at the end of the webinar. If there are a lot of questions, hosts will usually select and answer the most frequently asked questions. We are sorry you are experiencing this issue. Please first check your internet connection. Consider trying another browser or restart your router. If you still can’t join, please know in most cases we are able to provide a recording of the event on the events page. Just look on the “Past Events” tab after it ends.
