Our system requires a user to enter both a first and a last name. There are very rare cases when a user has only one name and as these are so rare, we’ll be leaving the system requirements as is.
In these cases, we need to have the user use his single name for the First and for the Last Name.
If needed, please use macro CS > Profile Name > User has Single Name:
Thanks for reaching out so we can help. While our system does require you to enter both a first and last name, we understand that not everyone has both names. You can go ahead and add your one name in both the first and last name fields.
