Users may contact support and request to withdraw their available funds.
Most common issues where we typically manually push funds are due to, yet not limited to: technical issue in the Upwork system, user’s account is already closed, user had elected to be an exclusive AC (Agency Contractor), user has been suspended from the Upwork community, etc.
Notes:
- Funds can only be sent if they are available. Pending funds must become available before sending.
- If user needs to complete IDV, please check with the ID Doc Review team first if they’d allow the manual withdrawal before having a TL process it.
- If the account is suspended, ask for the suspending team’s approval first before requesting a TL to process the manual withdrawal.
