We are so pleased that you are a fan of Upwork! Unfortunately, we cannot approve your use of Upwork’s [MARK, LOGO, API, ETC.] at this time. Upwork’s trademarks and intellectual property are protected in [COUNTRY] and throughout the world, and your proposed use may wrongly suggest an affiliation between you and Upwork. However, you may use the name Upwork descriptively in your work, such as by referring to the “Upwork website” or “Upwork marketplace”. You may not use Upwork's name in any way that suggests Upwork condones, approves of, or is otherwise affiliated with your message or product. If anyone ever becomes confused and thinks that you are working with Upwork, or that Upwork approves your message or product, you must clarify that the views and content are yours alone.
Again, we sincerely appreciate your enthusiasm for Upwork and freelancing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
