Locating Elance/oDesk and Upwork TOS Archived Documents

From time to time users will request a TOS from years past. In order to complete this request you can use the Wayback Machine via http://web.archive.org/ .

How to access this information using the Wayback Machine:

1. Go to http://web.archive.org/
2. Create an account
3. Once logged in, enter the URL of the item that you want, and the specific webpage it was on
        a. www.elance.com or www.elance/legal
             i. This example is for Elance, you can enter odesk or Upwork in your search
4. From there you will find the calendar
        a. certain days are highlighted in color, those are days the site has copies of.
5. By clicking on a date you can locate site information including documents for that time frame.
