Iovation is used to review a user’s account. By entering the UID you wish to search, you can review information on an account. The EE team uses Iovation to mainly find associated accounts. Other teams such as CE and Payment Risk have tools in place to do deeper reviews. 

Log In: 

1. Log into Iovation using your username and password 

a. https://admin.iovation.com/homePage.html 

b. The first screen will have Login 

i. Enter “oDesk” (case sensitive) in the subscriber box

ii. Enter your Username in the Login box - click Next

iii. Enter your Password then click “Login” 

 

Account Searches: 

  1. Find an Account/ Associated Accounts

a. There are some valid reasons why users may have associated /duplicate accounts.

i. Team Accounts

ii. Client-Only (We may allow these, within reason)

iii. Office Buildings or Internet Cafes (Some Users work from large offices with shared IP’s or internet - this is often the case when there are hundreds of associated accounts which prevent you from viewing all the associated accounts

 

To locate Associated Accounts: 

1. Search ‘Find an Account” 

2. Enter the UID you wish to search and then click search - all available information will be listed in this search 

a. Keep in mind,  accounts will not display if there are "too many" accounts. This can be a result of a large office building or Internet Cafe where everyone logs in to Upwork from their own system . Some agencies might have 300 employees who are valid individuals, but we won't be able to see the associated accounts listed.
